Ada Nwadigo Launches New Book: The SHE-E-OH Mindset

ENG TREPRENEUR is proud to announce the release of The SHE-E-OH Mindset, the latest book from our Founder and CTO, Ada Nwadigo. A multi-award-winning civil engineer, entrepreneur, and author, Ada has dedicated her career to advancing innovation, inclusion, and purposeful leadership across engineering, technology, and entrepreneurship.

In The SHE-E-OH Mindset, Ada shares her unique philosophy on modern leadership, centred on Sustainability, Holistic Value Creation, Equity, Ethical Stewardship, and Outstanding Impact. Through personal stories, practical insights, and inspiring examples, the book guides readers to not only succeed but to create lasting significance — building psychologically safe environments and leading with purpose to make meaningful change in communities and organisations.

Ada’s journey to writing this book is as inspiring as the lessons within it. She began her career as a cab office telephone operator, later working as a makeup artist and waitress while completing her civil engineering degree. She has since worked as a civil engineer, project manager, and author of the children’s book A–Z of STEM, before leading ENG TREPRENEUR and founding Jona Infrastructure, an NGO dedicated to sustainable, inclusive infrastructure development in Africa.

The title, The SHE-E-OH Mindset, reflects Ada’s vision of leadership. She explains: “I loved how it rhymes with CEO — a familiar symbol of leadership — but celebrates the balance of courage, purpose, and empathy required to lead in today’s world.”

For Ada, this book is not just for women; it is for all aspiring and current leaders who want to lead with purpose, create safe and empowering environments, and make an enduring impact.
